In this video, you get to see some of the best computer animation
on MTV. The motion is seemless and in true Gabriel-video style,
loads of nice details, such as the way they did the frog's eyes.
The plot of this video goes a little something like this...frog
hops towards princess, princess swims after seemingly friendly
frog, frog turns bad and chases princess, then he swallows princess,
then princess is spun around inside the frog's innards, then the
frog comes and rescues the princess (Wait! Weren't we just inside
the frog's stommach? Talk about plot inconsistency...), princess
kisses frog, and then we get to see Gabriel in a hilarious Elizabethan
collar-outfit. Anyone who says that PG has gotten too serious
since he stopped wearing the fox mask can shut up now.
If you, like us, haven't had the chance to ride Mindblender,
which is the flight-simulator ride version of the Kiss that Frog
video, you are not alone. All we can say is this: to simulate
the Mindblender experience, the next time you see the "Kiss
That Frog" video on MTV, start jumping up and down on your
couch.
