The tip of the bowsprite is also glued to lock the rigg down. I have special scissors that will later cut the excess pulling lines. Oh and I build all my ships in bottles. I post my videos to show all how it is done. The Video here shows a fine clear glass bottle and is great to film all the details that would have otherwise been distorted in a normal cheap bottle!
